What is the BEST WAY to remove rusted, corroded, exhaust bolts WITHOUT breaking them off. After you get them out what is the best solution for installing them and not have the same problem removing them again. ..... ..Phil

Use plenty of anti sieze on all studs and on
brass nuts, upon reassembly.

Be very careful or you will be drilling them out and thats no fun. I like to tap on the heads of them with a hammer, I have even had a wrench on them with pressure while I hammer on them. If you can get them to move work them back and forth going a bit farther each time and spray a lot of PB blaster on them as you do this, go slow and work them out easy. Once you get them out I only replace them with BRASS bolts, as brass does not corrode when it gets hot and cold as the regular bolts do, you can also use stainless bolts, if you want. Good Luck
