Go the Ferguson Forum and ask this question. It"s been answered before.

The entire pto can be removed by removing the four nuts from the bearing housing at the back and pulling the whole assembly out. You will need to drain the transhydraulic oil out(~5-6 gallons) or park the tractor with the front end in a deep ditch before you try to remove the pto shaft.

JERRY,THANKS FOR THE HELP AND THE TIP. I NEED TO DRAIN THE FLUID ANYWAY SO I'LL DO THAT FIRST. MY OTHER PROBLEM IS, ALL THE BOLTS ARE ALREADY REMOVED. THE TRACTOR CAME TO ME THAT WAY. I PURCHASED A MANUAL AND I AM LOOKING AT THE PARTS INVOLVED WITH THE PTO. ON PAGE 176 OF MY MANUAL PART #9 TITLED RETAINER, OIL SEAL IS THE PART THAT I AM LOOKING AT WHEN I LOOK AT MY PTO. IT HAS EVIDANCE THAT SOMEONE HAS USED A HAMMER AND CHIZEL TO TRY TO REMOVE IT. SO NOW MAYBE YOU WILL BETTER UNDERSTAND MY PREDICEMENT. ANY FURTHER SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW TO GET THIS THING OUT. ALL SUGGESTIONS ARE TRULY APPRECIATED AND I WILL LOOK THE FERGUSON FORUM FOR ANSWERS.
THANKS AGAIN FROM SOUTH MISSISSIPPI

It sounds like you all ready have the shaft our of the tractor, Mike. Is that correct? I am not familair with the specifics of TO-35 but I think it is very similar to the other TO"s.There are some snap rings that have to be removed and the bearing and the seal are pressed off.
Starting from the front, there should be a snap ring, then the bearing and another snap ring, then an oil seal and sleeve and another snap ring, a gasket, and the pto cover (with the bold holes). The retaining bolts are 7/16 x 1" NC I believe. I hope this helps.
