I have a 1938 F-20 with a hand brake on the left side and a foot pedal on the right. The steering cables on the left tie into the bottom of the hand lever but on the right side there is no place for the cable to tie into the foot pedal. was the foot pedal stock on the 1938 F-20 or was it an add on? Thanks for any help. Mark

The F-20 originally came with one hand operated brake lever on the left side only, a right side lever was a option and is hard to find now. Foot operated brakes were also a option later. If you only have one pedal, it may not be original, the original foot brakes were two pedals on the right side. There were brake cable guide brackets mounted on each frame rail to help support the brake cables. Hope this helps.

Andy.

Andy, Thankyou for the info. I have taken the foot pedal off and hooked up the brake cable like it should be. Any one need a pedal for an F-20?
