A question: I am restoring my 62’ Fordson Super Major and I want to split the engine from the transmission. I am having a problem removing the bolt from the “V” stabilizer that attaches to the engine pan. How is this bolt removed?

Thanks

If you are splitting at the tnans./ engine flange , you don't need to remove the wish bone swivel pin , at the oil pan. However, if you want to remove the swivel pin, it should only require taking out the locking pin that runs thru the oil pan casting hole boss & pulling out the swivel pin. If seized , weld a nut to the front of it & use a hammer puller.
