Normally, I don't endorse products unless they are REALLY good. I was talking to a co-worker of mine the other day about my restoration project and that I was having a problem with some rusty nuts. He recommended a product called "S'OK!" It is made by Shamrock Specialties,Inc. P.O. Box 1369 Palestine, Texas 75801. I got some and tried it first on the exhaust manifold nuts. I figured they would twist and break for sure. I gave each one a shot, waited 10 minutes and they came right off with little effort. Next I tried it on a ball joint jam nut that I had tried earlier with a breaker bar with a 4' cheater on it and it wouldn't budge. One shot, wait ten minutes and it came off with a regular socket wrench and no grunting! You got to try this stuff- it really works! It might be hard to find, but a good auto parts dealer should be able to get it.

I'll second that recommendation for S'OK! It works far better than anything else I've tried. I'm about to run out and need to find some more! (I got it from a friend at the Portland engine show. I haven't seen it here in Bristol, Tennessee yet otherwise.)

I've found that Pro Long has an outstanding penetrating oil, too. It was the only thing I found that would loosen the manifold bolts on my CA. It's worth the $25 to buy the full set of products, too. I used the gas, oil, and transmission treatments in my H, last spring, and found I could plow in areas, where before, it was unable to pull it.

Try PB Blaster it works really good to. I had a nut I was soaking with WD-40 for weeks with no luck. PB Blaster loosened it up in a couple of minutes. Could be that these two products are pretty much the same.
