If its like a 140 it has a big nut on the end. the nut should have a place for a hand crank. If it does take the nut off(1 1/4 socket)that pulley is about $240 new. I learned the hard way.

If you are asking about the pulley on the front of the crank, they are a real challenge sometimes.
Some have a setscrew, some don't. Check yours and loosen it if you have it.
Use a bearing splitter behind the pulley to give you something to pull against with your puller. If you don't you will break the pulley. Apply heat as you pull it off.
To put it back on, put it in the oven at 400deg or more for a while to expand it.
Good Luck.
