Hi, My position lever won't move but just about 1/2" up or down. Hydraulics will lift and lower but are very sensitive when you go to lower and it has weight on it. Make sence? I took the lever assembly apart and squirted WD 40 up in the housing thinking the shaft that the lever fits onto might be frozen up inside the housing but that didn't seem to help. Anyone had this problem or might know what's wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Under the top liftarm housing where your lever shafts go through, is a rod going inside a tube
shaft and sometimes these get seized up from lack of lubericant and excessive moisture. They are suupposed to move independant of each other. To correct this you have to disassemble the levers clean and lube.

Thanks Al. I got around to pulling the cover off and has you indicated, the linkages were gummed up from sitting and lack of lubrication. I'm not sure how much travel your supposed to gain but I have a lot more since I've cleaned all the linkages and springs under the cover. Thanks very much for your input!
