CLUTCH ENGAGES AND DISENGAGES BUT TRACTOR STILL MOVES IF IN GEAR.IF OUT OF GEAR TRACTOR DOESN'T MOVE.CANT PUT IN GEAR IF TRACTOR IS RUNNING.TOOK CLUTCH ASSEMBLY OUT AND TRACTOR STILL DOES THE SAME THING.COULD SOMETHING BE LOCLED UP ON CRANK SHAFT OR GEAR CASE. HELP NEEDED. DG

Your problem is in the clutch or pulley bearing which is in the belt pulley. Sometimes when the clutch facings become worn too bad they can break and get doubled up and make it act like the clutch is engaged all the time. Also the pulley bearing could be froze up which would have the same effect.
