Does anyone have any suggestions on how to unstick an F-20? I filled a crank case and cylinders with PB Blaster. Is there something else I could be doing other than this?

Everybody is going to recommend a wide variety of liquids to soak in the cylinders. I use and recommend automatic transmission fluid. It may take quit awhile (maybe months) for the soaking to do any good. If you suspect that it is froze really good, you may as well pull the head off. If sleeves are pitted really bad, you're more than likely going to want to try to remove that piston out the bottom of the sleeve. If soaking doesn't free things up over a period of time, you will probably want to resort to an act of force. Putting a block of wood on top of piston and pounding on the wood (or something of that nature).

Thank you, I am soaking them now. It has been bitter cold and below zero at night and not above ten in the day. I am soaking them with a high quality diesel fuel lubricant additive. Thank you for your feedback. I'll let you know when it moves. I did look in the cylinder and did not see any pits.

Try some old fahsion turpentine on top of the PB blaster, I've used it in a lot of stuck engines and have yet to not unlock one
