I would drain the crankcase and let it sit till it stops dripping. Fill the block with water. If water begins to run out of the crankcase drain then you know u have a problem and not just rain water of condensation. The brass tubes in the head are bad to leak and rot away. Especially for the folks against anti-freeze. A pressure check on the head at a local machine shop will tell you if the tubes are leaking. If I had the head off, I would replace the tubes anyway. Deere still has em, or at least did a year ago. If not, I machine shop could make out of tubing. Nothing complicated.

Cracked head or block, or a leaky head gasket. One way that people often overlook are the brass pushrod sleeves in head having pinholes --- I always replace them when doing a valve job just for insurance.

Once you fill up the crankcase with water, it will flow into the transmission case.

Condesation I have a JD-B that had the same problem and I know it could only be from that because I had it in my site for years before I got it up and running
