Old workhorse with a sloooow (noticed over three years) leak from left rear. Outside rim is stained but not wet. Looks like it's down about a fifth or a quarter of original volume. I've got fluid in the tire (gushed out when I tried to add air) and I assume it's CaCl. Can or should I add air to the tire, or more CaCl solution? Is a special pump needed to add the fluid? Checked the forum for tire questions, but none were so basic as mine. Thanks.

My opinion...Unless you absolutely have to have the weight in back, I would get the CaCl out of both rear tires. And if you have a leak, then it is a sure thing, that in time, your rim will be destroyed by corrosion.

Unless its flat all you need to do is add air, works better if stem is in the 12 o'clock position
