Fill the crankcase with diesel fuel and let it soak. Same process through the spark plug holes. Before trying to turn it over, take off the valve cover and loosen the tappet assembly so you don't bend a rod. If you can't turn it over with the rear wheel, you can make a tool from a long bar and two stub shafts welded near one end- to fit the flywheel holes. Last resort is take off the head and push the pistons with a hydraulic jack. Bolt a steel 'L' plate in the belly casting to brace the jack, with hardwood trimmed to fit the cylinder, or steel plate to match.

Fill the cylinders up with tranny fluid and let it sit a few day, then refill them with turpentine, it has to be the old type not this new paint thinner type. Let that sit a few days topping it off each day with turpentine. After a few days like that it should pop loose if it ever will. I've done that to a good number of engines and so far has worked on every one
