I have a bunch of questions, but I will start with this one. I have a B Farmall that has been setting outside for about 10 years. It has a cracked manifold that my dad has wrapped in plastic, so it didn't get too wet, however, the engin is stuck. I pulled the valve cover to have a look and it is not rusty. Only the front cylender was slighty rusted. What is the best way to break that loose. Is it too risky to pull it? Should I soak it with some type of penitrating oil? If so, what do you recommend?

Thanks for any help!

Tim

You are who I thought you were. If you haven't guessed who I am, I own the place just east of your dads place. (M.H.) I too have been rebuilding a 46 B Farmall. Just about finished. Mine belonged to the gin in WW. Are you coming to the game friday night? I have something you need for your project. jmh

I'm guessing this is Mike H. I will be in town Friday, not sure if I will be at the game. I am spending Thursday through Monday working out on the farm.

Nice to know you are doing the same project. Maybe you could give me a few pointers. If you are ok doing so, send me your phone number via my email address, timkat5@juno.com. I will give you a call while I am up there later this week.

Tim
