I have a John Deere Model 50,it was built in 1955.The question is. Do you have to keep anything in time when you pull the fan shaft off?The reason i`m asking is that the govenor and the distrubuter is all together in the part that the fan shaft fits into. I`m going to have to move it out of my shop to do some sand blasting on it, and don`t to mess this up.This is my first tractor to restore and i`m pretty green on these kind of things. Also how do you get the steel pipe out that goes from the radiator to the engine block. And i`m needing to know where I can get a new power switch that is located below where all the gauges go that works the lights etc. Thanks for any help, Brian (Rookie)
