I have a JD 112 that needs restoring but the problem i"m having is finding parts suppliers. I have no idea where to even begin looking so any help i could get would be great. One other question I have is about the ID number. Is their a digit that identifies the year of production. Thanks.

Chad Wondered if you had found any parts for the 112. I need a side cover that goes over the pully and pto adjustment bar as well as a steering wheel.
I am also having a hard time with adjusting the pto as the deck blades will not stop turning.

Any help or advise would be appreciated. My Simplicity is down and I am mowing with the 112.

Ron from Vt.

Chad,

They tell me that finding parts for those old 110 & 112 wagons is next to impossible. Darned shame too, they really are one heck of a nice feed wagon when they are working right.

Funny part is, you go to buy one on a lot and they are higher than a cat's back. The cheapest I've found is $1700. Go figure.
