I am pulling down a 1948 Farmall Cub and the pulley doesn"t have a screw on the end of the shaft. How do you remove the pulley does it screw on or is there another way bescause it is very tight and not budging? Can anyone help?
Thanks if you can!
Eddie

Be sure to pull from behind the pulley, otherwise you will break the flanges. I had to buy an OTC large pulley puller, or it may be called a bearing separator. It took a lot of effort and some heat, but once I heard it pop loose it came right on off. My crankshaft on my A is threaded so I was able to use a bolt and some heavy duty washers to put it back on again.
