My mower deck will try to go up a bit more when i pull the handle, but it is up all the way so it just moves a bit. now when i try to put the mower down it just makes a noise and does not move. It acts like it is low on fluid. I can not find a tank for hydralic fluid. Is there one and where is it at. I have just gotten this tractor and don't know about it yet.

Check to see if there's a position lock that holds the deck in position. Most of the "older" hydro assists had a manual lock that you had to disengage to lower the deck.
