Why not just get a half dozen cans of a real high quality penetrating oil and fill the cylinders with that. Kroil comes to mind as the best.

Let it sit over night and then jack the rears up and start rocking back and forth and back and forth. Take your time and let it soak in.

Might also fill the crankcase completely full of diesel with a couple of pints of Kroil in it too.

You may be pleasantly surprised.

Course once you bust it loose you need to get all that stuff out and get some good lube oil in at the recommended levels before you attempt to fire her off and if gas, clean the plugs.

I use tranny fluid, let it sit a few days and then top it off with turpinetine, not paint thinner but the real turpinetine. I have a 1935 JD-B that was stuck for 15 plus years and after just a couple hours of the turpinetine being in it on top of the tranny fluid it was turning over. I made a long flywheel wrench so I could get some real pull on it when I tried to turn it over.
