On the final drives on an OC3 there is an oil level access hole with flat (button looking), straightslot plug; I have tried solvent, heat, manual impact hammer with no results in
loosening the plug.Varying reports on pb blaster are posted. Any suggestions? Thanks PC

If I understand the plug type, the only other things that come to mind are jarring the plug with a brass drift and heavy hammer, use of a good fitting, good quality, "draglink" socket even if you have to make or modify it yourself, and some sort of lever or screw arrangement to hold the socket into the slot with a lot of force while turning. I have also found that my old Blue Point/ Snap-On 3/8" drive impact driver works much better than either of my cheap 1/2" drive drivers. Hope this helps.
