I've got a onan 16hp..Run's good cold(about 8 min)but when it get's hot want's to die pull the choke out and then push it back in seem's to run fine for a min or two then the same thing all over again....changed all listed, plugs,wires,coil,condencer,float. used carb cleaner and setting's are right,It does have fire when it dies. Please help me!!!

Thank's for the help but I think I found the problem...Seem's the used fuel pump I put on was also bad so I said the heck with it...Ripped the diaphram out and mounted a 12 volt low flow electric fuel pump under the frame(with filter) and a switch on the dash,Had to set carb again but man does it run sweet now....Again thank's for the help.

Another possibility is vapor lock. Are any of your fuel lines running real close to the exhaust or block?

Also could your fuel pump be drawing air?
