Need help finding part for an old all steel wagon

Ahoy hoy! I found a pair of old steel wagon wheels - 24" with rounded rims, the spokes are hammered like a rivet through the rims and cast into the hubs. One of the hubs is missing the center piece that would ride on the axle. The center of the hub is bigger than a Coke can on one end but it's tapered so the can won't pass through. On the other wheel, it looks like the spindle goes through the wider side and a 3" or so retaining ring nut holds it in place.

Any ideas where I could find that critter?

Thanks,
CDZ

There is a place called Charlie Burg's antique tractors and parts, here north of Pittsburgh, Pa. It is located on Rt. 19, between Zelienople and Portersville, PA. Old Charlie collected all kinds of antique farming machinery, and there is a lot of stuff still in the place! His son runs it now. I don't know if the place has a web-site, but maybe somebody from this area can help with a mail address. You might try this: Burg's Antiques, Hiway Route 19, Portersville, Pa. If Portersville doesn't work, try Middle Lancaster. If all else fails, i'll have my son stop there to get the mail address! Rustyj

Thanks for the offer. I have a friend near Amish country in NE OH/SW PA that"s looking around. If you just happen to come across any info about Burg"s please pass it along.

Thanks again,

CDZ
