I bought a 1954 naa last summer. Since I bought it I"ve rebuilt the carb, fixed the ignition system, and changed the hydrolic oil(which was milky white). When I try to lift any implement the lift gets about half way(at high rpm) and stops. I thought mabey the safety relief was letting off presure too soon?I don"t know!? Any suggestions? Thanks
