I purchased a used rottotiller with a Briggs & stratton 5hp engine. It is about 10 years old. It runs great except for the govenor. I took it apart and the spring located behind the gas tank is bent and disconnected. I cannot figure out the correct placement. I would appreciate any diagrams. Frank

G'Day Frank, Did you have any luck with the governor spring? - I've got a similar problem with my 5 hp Victa tiller (made in USA) and cannot seem to figure out what happens under the fuel tank with the spring and governor. Not the best design! Any help much appreciated. Regards.
