Pouring babbet

I am restoring a Stover 1 1/2hp engine and half the babbet is missing in the rod. Can anyone tell me what the process is to replace or pour new babbet?

i have a booklet from magnolia (its on the web somewhere.) getting set up is the hardest part. pouring takes about 7 seconds.. mcmaster carr has supplies..

listen i got to get ready for a trip to pick up a tractor a couple states over. if no one helps you, i'll be back in a few days or you can email me. we had a pouring demostration at our engine show last weekend.
