It is a Nelson Bros. engine. They made several other brand names such as: Sun, Monarch and others. I don"t think it"s a Little Jumbo unless it"s a much newer one as I have a Little Jumbo by Nelson"s. It doesn"t look anything like this one.
This should be a 1 1/2hp but under some brand names may have been rated only 1 hp.

Well with the hand crank and the counter weight built into the flywheels it was probably made in waterloo iowa. There engines were sold by many differant companys and names so no markings are cast into the parts. The seller was to attach their own tag. The wico EK mag would mean its not one of the oldest.
