I know this is a tractor forum and I,ve had fantastic help in the past but I thought some other oldtimer might have an idea.
I have this old Echo 302ADX that runs like a dream but the partI need is attached to the motor and drives the shaft. The bearing is apparently siezed as the shaft in place won"t turn. However if I remove the shaft part of the unit spins freely. I assume something is broken within the part and replacing only the bearing probalbly not solve the problem
This is an OLD unit but the motor is perfect
The stamped part number is SRM 302ADX E-271
Thanks anyone and please tell me if I should"nt be posting about things other than tractors
Lou

Sorry I can't help you, but you might have better luck on the "Tool Talk" forum. Good luck.
