I have a mid 1954 Continental F162 engine in my Lincoln SA-200 welder that needs to be rebuilt. My questions are, is a rebuild kit is available? Also where could I find a rebuilt block instead? And finally will the F-163 block fit ? eg. are the bellhousings the same etc?
Thanks in advance!
Bud

Continental Teledyne is still in business. Most engine parts are still available from regular auto parts stores. Also Dave VanNess Engineering is an ex Continental employee who is in the business of making new old Continental castings.
