I have a Novo statioary engine model TU, Serial number 28118 and I would like to know what year it is and its value, are they fairly rare, etc. Any info on these would be appreciated and if anyone has some original info on them I would be interested.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am involved in an engineering project regarding a Novo single cylinder 4 hp power engine. My concern is the "hit and miss" governed throttle.
Any information forwarded to me would be greatly appreciated.

Only ever seen one on a MASSEY HARRIS orchard sprayer! I tried to buy it, but the old fellow thought he was going to fix it up...It sat outside for years with plywood cover and then disappeared.. The new owner of the property had no knowledge of the previous history... Good luck on your project... Dave
