I was recently given a Briggs & Stratton ZZ and a Villiers MK 10. The B&S engine is missing the air cleaner on the carburettor, does anybody know where I can find one? I think the ZZ is quite rare for the UK so I would be happy to hear from anybody who has another. Mine is a 1942 rope-start
model finished in dark green leading me to believe that it was shipped over for the war effort.

While you share the common problem of most collectors we sometimes luck out. I konw a man who should have or know someone who has the parts you need. Write him a letter and mention my name
he might charge you double ( hehe ) Delbert Packard 667 T.W.P. Rd.1275
Ashland, Ohio 44805 U.S.A. ph.# 419-322-4721
I hope this helps ! Randy A.Hart

I have an engine that sounds just like yours except that mine has the carb but no air cleaner. Mine is also dark green with a red gas tank. Mine is a rope starter and made in 1947. To just let you know I searched for over 3 months here in the US and never could find a air cleaner so good luck.

I have one complete with carb and air cleaner.
It is a rope start and run very nicely. It's
green but has been painted recently.
