The flywheels on our 6hp R&V will be a big pain to remove. Is it possible to re-grind the journals with the flywheels attached?

You need a place to grab the crankshaft with a lathe type chuck on ea end. Also the flywheel would have to clear the top of the table as it turns. Take it to a competent grinder and he will tell you.

Our Customer is currently working on a programmable product that will increase crankshaft grinding productivity by 20-30% and reduce labor by as much as 50%!!!
Kindly email back the numbers of your choice.

1) Would you prefer this unit as a retrofit to your existing equipment or 2) Purchase remanufactured machine complete.
3) On a retrofit unit, would you be willing to spend: $25,000 to $50,000 4) $50,000 to $100,000
5) $100,000 to $150,000
6) How soon could you use this system?? 30 days
7) 3-6 months
8) 6-12 months
9) Please send me additional information

I am looking for someone who can grind an engine crankshft bearing journal while it is still in the engine block, it is a rod bearing not a main bearing.
