This is the steal of the century. A 1929 F-B 2 cyl. engine, Type Y, Model VA, rated at 80 HP, diesel. Engine is approx.7 ft. tall and appears to be very heavy. This engine is still installed in its original location and will need to be moved very soon. The owner has the original bill of sale dated 12-05-1929. It was bought by the current owners Father to power a cotton gin and a grist mill. This engine is located in So. Cent. Alabama. If anyone is interested, Email me and I will put you in touch with the owner. I went to look, but do not have the resources to move it. This engine has not run since the early 50's but has been inside a building.

I live in Albany, Georgia. I would be interested in knowing where the Fairbanks-Morse Engine is located in Alabama. I have a tractor with a front-end loader and a goose-neck trailer and maybe we could possibly move the engine together. Let me know. Berney McGehee
