I bought a bolens with a onan twin (added)inplace
of the origional single cylinder engine. It has one set of points & one coil ? the other one is missing or the coil on it is wrong.
Does a twin onan have 1 coil with 2 plug wires or 2 seperate coils?
Also this CK model is 38.5 CU IN but the tag on
it says 10.2 hp? Seems a motor this size should be
raited higher?

Chuch,
I have seen Onan's with one coil with two leads. they fire at the same time, the coils are small in diameter. probably any two lead coil that you would have laying around would work. Geo.
