I had posted a message aboout this pump some time ago and recieved a response from a man named "Neil" that sent me a pic of his exact same pump. Now the question is it seems to have had some kind of chain oiler that ran in a half-round groove on the crankshaft. Mine was gone when I took it apart and would like to replace it but have no idea what was in there originally due to the fact I don't know who made the pump in the first place. There is a stud down in the oil sump that this chain would loop around in order to keep it from flopping around inside the crankcase. Can any of you help? Any ideas?
