IHC lbb 3-5 hp engine

How do i remove the flywheel. I have removed the nut and bolt on the inside of the flywheel and the flywheel is free on the shaft. What do i do now? there seems to be a little lip on the shaft,how do i pull the flywheel off? thanks david

If you've got a lip on the end of the shaft you're going to have to file it off. Once the lip is gone the flywheel should pull off. You might have to use a pry bar behind the flywheel, but be careful you're prying on cast.

Patience and more patience. It was not an actual lip only appeared to be so. Lots more wd40 and a large screwdriver at the back and it gave away. once the initial give away the rest was easy. I guess it will be the same for the gib keys. I have a Int m and the flywheels have to come off also. Any suggestion on gib keys?
