I need a quick education on timing the magneto on a MVG4D engine. Which cylinder is number one and what is the firing order? I have found the "X" on the fin on the flywheel. What do I lie it up with and what mark is on the magneto to time it to the engine? Thanks for any assistance.

Hello Drue, Your best bet would to get a service manual off Ebay. All you have to do is enter Wisconsin Engines. The service manual gives all the spec's you need. The older ones are better then the new ones with a lot more detail. If you can not get one, I will mail you copies off of mine. Hope this helps Benjamin J. "Joe" Browning
