I have a Onan Generator model# 15jc4n4c that is tagged as 15KW 3Phase 120/208 Volt. I would like to hook this unit up to my house only for emergency use. Does anyone know the proper hook up? Can i just use two of the power legs? If so what kw will I really have? Thanks

A 120/ 208 3ph generator shold be a 4 wire system
one of which is a ground. You should have 208 volts across any pair of the 3ph leads and 120 volts from any one of the 3ph leads to the ground lead. DO NOT hook the 208 volt to the 220 volt service without the ground. Also some 240 volt equipment will work on 208 volts and some will not.

Using two of the three legs (and neutral) for a 120/240 service will work fine. That's what I did with my PTO generator, and as a bonus, I brought out the third leg and neutral to a 60 amp breaker panel and broke it out to four 120V 15A outlet circuits that I can feed my neighbors with in the extent of a prolonged outage. Check all voltages with a voltmeter before you throw the switch on anything, though. Brianh

I would suggest you try running a small item (1/2 hp motor) first. Not sure if having a floating leg (third leg of 3 phase) would damage unit or not.
