Hello all, I have 2 wisconsin engines, one is on a welder, and the other is on a stone saw,I thought they were the same engine on them, but ...on the welder is a thd,and is the one that needs some work, and the stone saw has a thf, that appears to be in decent shape, I am going to try to start it soon, will any of these parts interchange?

The thd has starter and distributor,,but the thf has a mag and no starter,, I am planning on getting a book but help would be appreciated, thanks pat

Hello Pat, I'm not that familiar with your engines, but there are several other forum members that deal in your engines. Please check over some of the earlier posts. They offer a lot of good information. On the engine manuals, get them off Ebay. The older manuals are much better and show a lot more detail. That and they are usually cheaper. On parts for your engines, there are several sources. Please check out some of my earlier postings on this forum for that information. Hope this helps. Benjamin J. "Joe" Browning
