I have a 18 hp wisconsin engine that over heats and shuts down when mowing I've checked for mouse nests and havent found anything to block the cooling. It was just rebuilt two years ago and has run fine ever since. can you help!

Does this engine have a temperature switch in the head that shuts it down, or does it stop for no apparent reason?

If it is actually shutting down due to the temperature switch (and the switch isn't defective), the most likely causes are restricted cooling, or late ignition timing.
