I may can get a ihc 3-5 hp,model LA.It says 300 to 500 rpm.Is this a hit&miss engine? There are 2 of them, one runs and one doesn't(missing just a few parts but turns free). What would be a fair price for these?I need one to go on a stationary hay baler I have got. Thanks for the info.

IHC LA & LB engines are not hit & miss. They are throttle governed.
