For thin wall conduit, use a conduit bender... make nice smooth bends without crushing. No sand or freezing needed.

Now's the time to bend that thin wall tube. Plug one end and fill it up with water and leave it outside to freeze. Then cut and bend.

Assume your pipe bender is the one that pushes a shoe up between two fixed points using a hydraulic jack. If so, have you tried bending thin wall tubing such as electrical conduits and exhaust tubing in it? And what kind of a job will it do?? Thanks, I have often looked at those too.

Well I haven't used it yet but the book says to fill the thin wall pipe with sand so it won't kink. I plan to use it for makeing trailers and bumper and maybe a few deer stands. I'm also going to try to make a coulp dies for square tubeing. I only payed $75 for it so thats part of the reason I jump on it
