Westy If you want a good 3/4 drive set and have about 400.00 bucks Craftsman has a nice one and so does Snap on. Icouldn't afford Craftsman so
40.00 bucks from Harbor freight got me a set that I hav'nt busted yet.

I was with Armstrong Bros. Tool Co. for almost two decades and am confident that their range would be a fair value for you. Check with an industrial supply house.

Don't know if Kobalt sold by Lowes or Husky sold by Home Depot have 3/4" drive but they both are good values if these stores are available to you.

Proto, Wright, Williams, Snap-On, MAC and MATCO are all made in U.S. and might be considered if you have a local dealer.

Don't worry too much about the warranty situation as all U.S. manufacturers I can think of have a lifetime guarantee. The difference is not between the manufacturers guarantees but how the individual dealer handles them. Some do a good job, others don't want to be bothered.
