Chief...thats kinda a toughy cause it is an odd ball size. Can you buy one of the blank castings from Enco and have a buddy use his lathe to chase in the 1 7/8" threads? Thats the cheapest way I know of...then you turn/face it to accept the new chuck and drill and tap for bolting on new chuck. A plain back chuck is available most anywhere new or used. I wouldn"t advise buying a three jaw used cause most of them have been used till the accuracy is going south and theres not much use for them then. Buy a four jaw new/used and take the time to learn to use it. If you ever get good at using it and a dial indicator...you"ll be glad you did. Fred OH
