OK, I guess we all got to show our stupidity once in a while. I fell asleep on my keyboard and my start menu, running icons, time clock etc. jumped to the top. How do I put it back at the bottom where I want it?

Don't feel stupid. You can't believe how many people do the same thing. Only they don't have the excuse of falling asleep. I run the computers and network at my office. The questions people ask me sometimes, are just unbelievable. The best I like to tell about is this old guy I was trying to show how to use the computer. I told him to use the mouse and click on an icon. He picked the mouse up like a remote and tried to get it to move. Two times I told him to put the mouse down and move it. Each time he picked it back up and waved it around with two hands no less. I had to bite my lip.

Double click the task bar (the bottom one) and a menu will pop up. Look for and click on, lock task bar and that will not happen again.
