Can you use a pressure feed Campbel Hausfield gun to paint a tractor? I am not talking the kind with presssure tank.

Thanks, I am going to try a cheap one from Waly World. I am just having some slight problems with my compressor keeping up with other guns and the small 1.3mm tipped gun at WW, as with all the guns I have seen have a low air requirement.

Thanks

Today high quality paint guns are cheap. A $20 knock off equals a $200 gun of 20 years ago if only used for a dozen jobs. Tip; a non HVLP gun is easier for the novise.

Yes, it won't impress the custom car crowd but does a right fair job. We use three of those at work to paint industrial metal work. Several guys have borrowed one to pain old cars and trucks. We like em best with the paint volume turned up high and the gun moving fast.

Sure, it will work fine, if you do the right prep, mix and aplication.
My wifes uncle painted his with the pressure pot type of gun and it worked ok. just have to have the right tip and mix, etc...
