Hi

Just wondering where i would find the spec codes for a pontiac grand am.What i need is to know what kind of springs on the rear struts regular and a sport kind think on a ford there is a sticker on the bottom side of the spare tire cardboard cover. There is a list of letters and numbers that tell the spec of that car, like a special power steering pump for a sample. So if any one know where they are would sure be nice. thanks

Shawn,

You may have missed the other post, so let's add "AND on the cardboard over the spare tire, at the bottom of the trunk".

GM also puts the RPO codes in the gloveboxes on some models.

The RPO? codes on my 1994 Grand Prix were on the cardboard cover over the spare tire, just like the Ford you mention. I'm not SURE about a Grand Am, though, I ASSUME you've looked there?
