Quincy Compressor!! QR series have forced oiling w/ a filter. Or the air master or airstar. They all have cast iron jugs and are completely rebuildable. Brother in law has had one in his shop for 10 years with no problems.

Look for big, slow turnin cast Iron pumps. If they are makin CFM with RPM's on a little aluminum pump then you goin to get heat and not much pump life.

The choice depends heavily on your budget. You should shop cfm not hp, but just remember that a true 5 horse motor draws about 23-25 running amps on a single phase 240v line.

I've no particular brand preference at the moment, but look for one with a cast iron cylinder block and cylinder head. I had one once that had an aluminum block and head, and I couldn't keep reed valves in it. The aluminum castings wore quickly so that the reed valves could not seat on a level surface and kept cracking.

Easy call...QUINCY. As far as I'm concerned, there is no competition.
