I do not have a drawing of the tool, but I can send you a picture.

You can adjust the hydraulic lift system without the special Ford tools. Source: I&T Shop Service Manual No. FO-13, Kenneth Long, ed. The following is not a direct quote from the text.

Main Control Spring Adjustment

This adjustment should be made before making the constant draft or implement position control adjustments. To adjust the main control spring, rotate the yoke until a very slight preload is placed on the main control spring. The adjustment is correct when the main control spring can be rotated with the fingers and thumb of one hand*.

*For heavy draft loads such as plowing, draft reaction may be improved by tightening the adjusting yoke 1/2 turn beyond the normal main spring control adjustment (see above).

Constant Draft Adjustment

Adjust the constant draft linkage as follows:

Mount the lift cover assembly in a vise with the main control spring and yoke assembly in the up/vertical position. Adjust the main control spring as outlined above and move the lift arms to their extreme lower position, until the end of the ram piston contacts the end of the cylinder. Move the lift arms back from the extreme lower position approximately 1/2 inch when measured at the pin hole in the lift arm. Lock the lift shaft in this position by tightening the retaining cap screws on one end of the lift shaft until the position of the lift shaft will be maintained. Move the selector lever to the draft control position and the touch control lever against the cam stop*.

*Make sure that the lobe on the cam stop is in the extreme forward position (down), then raise the touch control lever until it contacts the cam stop.

Measure the gap between the machined surface of the lift cylinder casting and the exposed land on the control valve and adjust the gap to 0.395-0.397 by means of the control valve turnbuckle. Leave the lift shaft positioned as above, and proceed with implement position adjustment.

Position Control Adjustment

Adjust the main control spring and constant draft control as outlined above.

Adjust the position control linkage as follows:

Move the selector (small) lever into the implement position (parallel with cover flange) and the touch control lever into the lower position against the lower stop. Measure the clearance between the machined surface of the lift cylinder casting and the exposed land of the control valve and adjust the clearance to 0.448-0.450 by adjusting the free length of the position control rod*.

*Loosen the position control rod locknut and turn the hexagon head of the position control rod while holding the stamped locating nut with a suitable wrench. Failure to hold the stamped nut may result in a sheared locating pin on the position control arm.

I have tried to obtain the adjustment jig myself. No luck. Turns out I did not really need it.

Hope this helps.
