I have a 64 JD 110 w/8hp Kohler engine. The engine runs fine although it is spitting oil from the valve plate breather hole. I am not sure where to start with the troubleshooting. If someone has experienced the same or knows anything, your advice is appreciated. Thanks, Kelly

One of my son's 110 does the same thing. If reving above 3600rpm, slow it down, that helps some. I found the crankcase level high a few times and smelled of gasoline. Had to replace the carb float/seat/needle. Plus the engine is getting tired with lots of blowby, the gases have to leave the crankcase somewhere.
