Its a MM ZAS and the old kingpins have cut through the bushing and into the knuckle. One side about 1/16" the other side a little less. No other parts South of the Mason/Dixon and East of the Mississippi, as far as I know. What are my options? Surely some of you guys have encountered this. What did you do?

My first stop would be a good machine shop because the tools required to do the repair are quite expensive unless you have or have access to align reamers capable of doing this job. The object is to cut out utill you have a good surface and then replace the bushings with oversize or possibly even a larger kingpin.A front end shop that deals in larger trucks may be a good source of the repair and or parts. Do notlimit your search for parts to just your tractor but any kingpin set that will do the job. Nappa may be able to help if you have good dimensions.
