Looks like an early version of the elusive mumblemumblemumble.
Seriously, all I see are a red x in a box and a link that doesn't work.

Yup, no doubt it is one of those $*%'s but certainly a later version. The 7-point rear hitch is a dead giveaway.

You fellers is all barkin' up the wrong tree!

That is a Redex. It was originally intended as a 1/10th scale mockup of (dast I say it?) an Essex, but it worked so well, and had so much power, they marketed it. Seeing as it put all other tractors in it's size and class to shame, there was a huge multinational manufacturer's conspiracy to buy them all up and sell them to a scrap yard in Botswana.

Not knowing what they had, the Botswanae melted 'em all down and turned 'em into banana harvesters.

I could have sworn that low serial number made it an early model but I have it on good authority that the serial numbers were assigned by a random number generator so it's likely you're correct on this one, Rufus.

You're right, Les. That was done to confuse the Germans during WWII. There is an interesting story about it, but I can't remember it.

Hey now, that red X in a box was the manufacturer's symbol for the $#@'s manufactured in Pineapple Alley, Yukon. I suppose you were expecting a tractor picture in that spot or something?

Speaking of the Yukon, my Uncle Nigel was lost there with dear old Aunt Matilda in a tragic derigible accident. They were on an expedition to the orient. Tis sad. It happend near where this machine was developed.
